Pushed by my peers
Pushed by this world
Pushed to love
Pushed to fit in
Pushed to be perfect
Pushed to change

People try to change me

You know my name
My family
My life
My home
My values
My religion

You didn't know my name

Filled with my six siblings
And my parents never ending love

You didn't know, and probably won't ever know my values
What I value in myself
In others
What I value, until you get to know me
You didn't know my religion
Until you pointed and laughed
Until you LISTENED

So call me what you want
"Worthless"
"Ugly"
"Dirt"
"Fat"
"Loser"
"Not good enough"
"Unfashionable"
"Nothing"

But your words won't stop me
From fighting
Fighting for what I believe is right
Standing up for my family
My friends
